Segmentation Comparison Software and Publication

We are pleased to announce the release of EvaluateSegmentation, a tool for calculating measures comparing image segmentations, with a focus on medical images. The software currently implements 22 measures.

This is the software that has been used in the VISCERAL Benchmarks, and should continue to be used for the currently running Benchmarks.
